Pharmacy is the warehouse of drugs in the campus. Our ayurvedic pharmacy is always bustling with inflow of patients seeking medicine. All classical ayurvedic medicines and patent formulations are available here. Both out patients, inpatients so also the local public are benefited from it.
The teaching pharmacy adjoined the college is place where ayurvedic medicines are prepared. All ayurvedic medicines are formed by an amalgamation of herbs and herbo-mineral components in an ayurvedic pharmacy.In the pharmacy we demonstrate to students how ayurvedic medicines are prepared methodically.
The ayurvedic pharmacy has appropriate place for storing of raw materials and drugs. Instruments like the pulverizer, motor and pestle are present here. Ayurvedic medicines is targeted at ones Kayaagni(Digestive Fire). When it is corrected so also patient is cured of disease. For this purpose, the drug needs to have a suitable potency that would give the necessary efficacy for the curing of the disease. In the teaching pharmacy we procure fresh raw materials for preparation of safe and efficacious ayurvedic medicines. In the hospital pharmacy we have products of all good ayurvedic brands for the physician to use aptly for each patient.
