Mega blood donation camp at Kundapura rural Ayurveda medical College and Hospital Koteshwara on 29/11/2024 in association with Indian Red Cross Society, Kundapura and HDFC bank. Many staff and students of our college actively participated in the blood donation. The official inauguration was done by Dr S G Prasanna Aithal, Principal, Mr Nagaraj Shetty, CFO, Mr Pradeep Kumar Shetty, AO, Members of Red Cross and HDFC bank
The ten days induction program was conducted from 4/11/2024 to 13/11/2024. Various sessions were included in the program incorporating both online and offline classes along with a field visit. Sanskrit Language Learning Program was scheduled everyday for the students.
The day started with Dhanwantari Pooja . Then the sacred turmeric thread was tied to students. An Ariel view performance by all batch students were done. The official inauguration of the function was done by Mr Jayasheel Shetty, Vice President, Amrutheshwari Educational Trust, Dr S G Prasanna Aithal, Principal, Dr Sridhar Rao, Founder president, Dr Hariprasad Shetty, Vice Principal, Mr Nagaraj Shetty, CFO, Mr Pradeep Kumar Shetty, AO and other dignitaries. The program was very well organised and presented under the leadership of Dr Nisha Kumari, HOD and Professor, Department of Roga Nidana and Vikruthi Vijnana . The welcome address was done by Dr Parikshith Navada, Assistant Professor, Department of Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana . The Presidential speech was given by Principal. The gathering was addressed by Mr Jayasheel Shetty and Dr Sridhar Rao. The oath for the students was given by Dr Aswathy T P, Assistant Professor, Department of Samhitha Sidhantha and Sanskritha. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Sujala Nandini, Assistant Professor, Department of Roga Nidana. The session was followed by the inauguration and sale exhibition of Oushadha mela( innovative approach from our second professional BAMS students). Afternoon session included a creative show “ Anvesha… In search of God” and the fresher’s party for 2024-25 batch students. At night, Yakshagana seva was organised in the college campus.
