On the occasion of World Health Day, the Doctors of Kundapura Rural Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital visited the Koravadi Primary School in Kumbashi. The United Nations has declared this day as World health day to spread awareness about managing one’s health and the environment simultaneously.
On this day Kundapura Rural Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital arranged a special talk for the students to highlight the significance of protecting the environment and balancing one’s diet patterns to nourish an individual’s health.
In the event Deputy Superintend of Kundapura Rural Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital Dr. Vanishree Aithal gave a brief introduction about the hospital and college. She also spoke about the significance of World Health Day. Dr. Swarnaltha spoke about environment pollution, its impact on the health of the community and ways to mend it were spoken in length.
In the event physicians of the Institution Dr. Nisha Kumari, Dr Archana K Paniker, Dr. Akshataha, Dr.Rajesh P Chandran, Dr Ahana Salim took part. Mr. Arjun Das and Mr Jithesh helped organize the event smoothly. The Principal of the school Mrs.Vishalakshi helped in organizing the event and congratulated the taem for their efforts. Kundapura Rural Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital has been running since a while now. It is being provided with all necessary facilities for convenient handling of the patient.
