A number of awareness programmes were conducted as part of National Ayurveda day by Kundapura rural ayurveda medical college and hospital, Koteshwara on various topics including ayurveda for public, farmers, students, etc; The public talks were engaged by Dr Hariprasad Shetty, HOD of Department of dravya Guna vijnana, Dr Supriya , Associate Professor of Department of Swasthavritta and Dr Nisha Kumari, HOD of Department of Roga nidana and vikruthi vijnana. A video making competition was also conducted exclusively for the students of our college to generate and propagate awareness on various topics including dinacharya, ritucharya, food habits,etc;
The prizes for the winners and participation certificates were also distributed on the day of celebration.
