On account of National Ayurveda Day 2023, a health awareness session was engaged by Dr. Pooja Shetty M., a consultant from the department of Prasooti tantra and stree roga, Kundapura rural ayurveda medical college and hospital, Koteshwara, based on the theme “Ayurveda for the public” at Moodlakatte grama panchayat.
The talk was delivered on the topic” Awareness of Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancers.” .The session highlighted the importance of breast self-examination and the causes and methods of early diagnosis of breast and cervical cancers. Asha workers, Anganawadi teachers, and the general public of Moodlakatte village were the beneficiaries of the program.
