SHISHYOPANAYANA and FRESHER’S DAY PROGRAM

Shishyopanayana was very well organised and conducted at Kundapura Rural Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Koteshwara on 13th of March 2024. All students of 2023-24 batch got blessed with the Dhanwantari Pooja performed in our campus and knot tying ceremony was done. The Pooja was followed by official inauguration program in the college auditorium. The Dias was occupied by Dr S G Prasanna Aithal, Principal, Dr Srinivas Rao, Dr Pranesh Varna, Mr Nagaraj Shetty, CFO, Mr Pradeep Kumar Shetty, AO and they inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the lamp. The welcoming was done by Dr Nisha Kumari, Professor, Department of Roga nidana. Prayer was done by Miss Sushma. Enlightening speech was given by Mr Nagaraj Shetty. The oath taking was done under the supervision of Dr Pranesh Varna, Assistant Professor, Department of samhitha Sidhantha and Sanskrit . Presidential address was given by the Principal. Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Supriya S, Associate Professor, Department of Swasthavritta . The master of ceremony was Dr Hema A G, Assistant Professor, Department of Agada tantra. The session was followed by fresher’s day celebrations and cultural programs by students.
